1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow additional processing time during peak times such as holidays or special sales events.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Next Day Delivery (UK): Order before 10 AM to receive your items the next business day.

International Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days (depending on destination).
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £70.

4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times range from 5-10 business days, depending on the destination. Please note, any customs duties or taxes incurred at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand, such as during Christmas or other public holidays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier’s website.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you are missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. K2SUSHI cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will try to make any necessary changes.
